Terms of use

Last updated 20 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of this website, run by Pixel Code Labs Infotech, a studio based in New Delhi, India. By using the site you agree to them. They do not cover client work: every project we take on is governed by its own written proposal and agreement, which takes precedence over anything on this site.

Content and intellectual property

The text, design, code, graphics and case studies on this site belong to Pixel Code Labs Infotech or are used with the permission of their owners, including our clients. Client names, logos and project imagery remain the property of those clients. You may read, share links to and quote short extracts from our articles with attribution. You may not copy, republish or reuse substantial parts of the site, or use it to train or build a competing service, without our written permission.

Information on this site

We write our articles and service pages carefully, but they are general information, not professional advice for your situation. Prices and timelines shown are indicative; a binding quote is only given in a written proposal.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is”. We don’t promise that it will always be available, error-free or free of harmful code, or that its content is complete and up to date. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Pixel Code Labs Infotech is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the site or its contact form to send spam, malicious code or unlawful content, or try to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, including the admin area.

Privacy

How we handle personal data sent through the site is described in our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions can be sent to info@pixelcodelabs.com.
